Ordered two mats at the beginning of May and quickly received email from delivery service that they had received notification of my order. Towards the middle of the month I contacted Customer Services having received nothing pertaining to my order. I was told that there had been problems (apparently I should have received a email re this), but that the mats would be sent by business class at no extra cost within a couple of days. No mats arrived. Following a further telephone call, compensation was offered and the mats arrived on the 30th May.I am of the view that the overall service offered is somewhat chaotic but have to acknowledge that the mats are of good quality and well made.
