Ordered two mats on 25th November. Telephoned to chase the order days later and was informed that they were experiencing delays due to a warehouse move. The person I spoke to allegedly checked and said the items I’d ordered would be there and sent out to me early this week. Today I called to chase again. This time I was told the items weren’t actually in stock. This company took my money on 25th November for products not in stock. Furthermore it’s me who’s been chasing them to try and find out what’s going on rather than them calling me to tell me what’s happening. I’m not impressed. They tried to sell me larger sizes or a different colour today. I’ve asked for a refund. In my view it is totally unacceptable to take a customers money when the products are not available, and hang on to it, knowing that this is the case. I hope I get my refund soon.
