Ordering the coir mat itself was very easy on their website, simple to enter measurements and price given immediately. The mat was cut to size and despatched the same day as I made the order. On arrival it was a perfect fit. Good quality and looks like it will last for years. I ordered the cleaning brush. The mat came with care and cleaning instructions. Excellent.
