I heard about this foldable guitar from a friend in Germany, who had gotten a Makeev bass recently. I ordered on July 31, the guitar was shipped on 8/9 and arrived 8/15. It looks and performs as in the publicly available reviews. I am very happy with the instrument, which serves its purpose as a foldable travel guitar (it plays and feels great and the sound is good). Buying experience is smooth and Ivan Makeev was very responsive throughout the process. I was honestly skeptical about direct importing a guitar from Kazakhstan, just because I have never done it and I know next to nothing about the country. It worked out well!
