I cancelled my MakeMyCV subscription, yet my credit card has continued to be charged multiple times after cancellation.In December, the company already refunded one unauthorised charge, which confirms the issue was on their side. Unfortunately, the problem continued and further charges were made.I contacted customer support again, but received no concrete response and no confirmation that my subscription was fully terminated.Charging customers after cancellation and ignoring support requests is unacceptable. I am now forced to involve my bank and consumer protection authorities.I do not recommend this service.
