I ordered a birthday cake and flowers over a month ago for a special birthday surprise, spending a lot of money expecting reliable delivery. On the actual birthday, I get an email saying “delivery not available” – order cancelled, nothing delivered! Ruined the entire day, no gift, no explanation upfront. They held my money for weeks and pulled this last-minute crap.When I emailed support demanding answers and a refund, their “Sales” team replied with pure abuse: “You s0n of a b!tch, fvck off from here and get a life. Learn to speak and respect.” Unbelievable – insulting a paying customer instead of fixing their mess!This company is a complete fraud. Fake photos on the site, non-delivery, rude/abusive staff, and from what I’ve seen online, tons of others get cheap grocery store junk instead of what they paid for (or nothing at all).
