So I purchased some Makeup forever product and the results turn out to be unsatisfied, so I place a return request. As I request the refund, the return policy require customer to pay for the shipping. So I shipped it back and paid for the shipping in Oct 2022, however, I haven't heard anything back from makeup forever team since then, in November I tried to contact them to see if they receive my package, they replied my in December. It takes a very long time for Makeup forever to reply message...and they told me yes we received your package, we will now process the refund, it might take 2 weeks.
