Updated review

My initial review is still below bottom paragraph. However after speaking to the company director he has assured me that the administration team I was dealing with is no longer with the company I would like to thank him for contacting me and also add that initially when I read most of the reviews the work that making energy greener undertook was highly praised for it’s quality and professionalism. My previous review is below I wouldn’t even give them 1 star their communication is terrible no one in the office seems to know what the other person is doing they kept asking for the same information that we had already sent again and again. Why Scottish Power entrust them to there customers I have no idea. Take a tip from me to insulate an average house costs about £250 to £300 do it yourself and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these cowboys. They’ll send in consultants then charge the government and the tax payer for thousands of pounds then tell you they can’t do the work anyway.
