Bought Malcare for $99 to clean malware off my site and get it back up and running. Once my site was clean, my site was still down so I went to the contact us page on their website. When I pressed submit, it gave me an error. I looked for a support phone number or email address but couldn’t find one anywhere on their site. I cancelled my subscription and someone from the company reached out to me the next day to ask me why. I asked for a refund and explained their service didn’t not get my site back up and running. I never heard back and filed a dispute with my credit card company. SCAM company. Stay away.
