He is endlessly patient in answering questions and suggesting alternatives. This was the first time I have booked a holiday using an agent outside the UK, but I found the payment process remarkably easy to navigate. A big plus is that his holidays are fully refundable until a month before departure, enabling one to lock into a good deal when one finds it (with much help from Fede who is a bargain hunter extraordinaire) safe on the knowledge that if an even more attractive offer comes along later one can switch without penalty. Fede is well known to resort managements and I get the impression that they treat his clients with extra special care. Our first resort upgraded us twice, once on arrival and then again midway through our holiday - and I got the feeling that being a client of Fede’s certainly helped.He checked in with me at several points during our holiday which was very reassuring and the handover from our first resort to our second resort, via his ground agent was absolutely seamless.I would not hesitate to recommend Maldives Postcards to anyone considering a holiday in the Maldives.
