While the old FuzzyDuck was in transition, my order became loverlooked. This resulted in a long delay in sending it out. This was not my experience with FuzzyDuck in the past and it was quite concerning. Once MallardMed was established I was able to get a hold of Amy and she found the order and as of today I have received what I ordered in full.So, while this wasn't a five-star experience in the begining in the end the right items came of the right quality and right quantity. Which was the standard set by the FuzzyDuck days of the past so I assume moving forward is the high and great standard of MallardMed moving forward. It was a rough start but thank you MallardMed (Amy) for seeing it through. Wonderful.
