I didn’t realize I needed to provide a pin to accept the parcel upon delivery, and the courier didn’t offer to redeliver on another day, so the parcel was sent back. Now I’ll get a refund minus shipping costs, and then I’ll have to reorder. I won’t be doing that if this happens again.
