I ordered a welcome sign, table plan and thank you plaque for our wedding due to take place in August. A couple of days after placing the order i sent an email back to the confirmation asking for the order to be paused as my papa had suddenly died and I would have to re-think the table plan. I recieved a response asking me to send any changes to support@.... obviously at the time I wasn't thinking about my table plan so thought I would email once I felt able to start looking at the table plan. I then recieved a dispatch email and replied to that the same day to make them aware that I had asked for the order to be paused. They advised I hadn't sent an email to support@.. so that was why it had been dispatched. When able, I emailed the changes over to Mally's Crafts, I got an email back to advise a draft would be completed and sent over to me for review. I hadn't heard anything and our wedding is less than 2 weeks away now so I sent an email to make them aware. I then received an email back to advise it had been looked into and because I hadn't emailed support@.. then there is nothing they can do and that I need to purchase another table plan. I'm against leaving bad reviews and i was very happy with the quality and look of the products I recieved but I feel the full service has been unsympathetic and unfair. Mally's crafts customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.
