The plan/delivery installation was all ok and the shed itself is good quality. The shed base person they recommended to us kept fobbing us off/delaying so we used somebody else in the end which delayed us by a month. You are informed of a date the shed will be delivered rather than choosing it. Unfortunately, when the shed was installed they left it without a functioning lock (the plate had been fitted too high so the lock doesn't fit into it,) It is difficult to believe the installers didn't check this before they left so it is hugely disappointing they left it that way. I reported the fault to my local shop, expecting somebody to pop over and fix it pretty much straight away. But they have just forwarded it onto the head office. A few days later I had a voicemail to say 'they are trying to arrange a date'. When making the order, we thought we were dealing with a local company but it seems it is a huge company, potentially over-stretched and not able to provide the backup service you would hope for when spending large sums of money. I'm hoping they hurry up fixing the fault as we have been left disappointed, which is a shame as the shed itself, although pricey, is good quality.
