I didn't received it yet, but overall I'm happy, it seems that they ship a bit slow because of the volume of the orders they're handling right now with double orders, the support its fast answering, they solved my issue, sent me the AWB, it's shipping with GLS from France to Romania, they have a nice marketing team, loyalty program, rewards for your birthday, so overall, happy with the experience, shipping it's slow but not a problem, its coming from far away, waiting to receive it:D
