I had a terrible experience with Mamma Mia Covers. I returned a slipcover that didn’t fit my sofa, exactly as it arrived, barely unpacked and never used — yet the company falsely claimed it had a “fragrance scent” to justify keeping 50% of my refund.This is absolutely unacceptable and dishonest. It’s clear they use this excuse to avoid giving full refunds to customers. The product was not in “unsellable condition”; it was returned in perfect shape, simply not the correct size.I will never order from this company again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid Mamma Mia Covers. Terrible customer service, misleading refund practices, and no accountability.
