The company's customer service responded that it's a natural product and suggested pulling the dark downs into the background. Seriously? Apparently, the information about dark spots is in the care section, which we all read before purchasing, justifying their stance. I once regarded this company as a quality brand, but it’s clear they don’t stand by their products, using the excuse of 'responsibly sourced' materials. Now I have a jacket with unsightly spots that will never be worn.
