I was shocked at the service. I expected more from this brand, especially after paying a premium. Their service is worse than many cheaper brands I've encountered. They were reluctant to replace a battery clip on my avalanche beacon, which was a manufacturing issue. This minor fix could potentially save lives. I have a large community of outdoor enthusiasts and will now advise them to choose other brands that offer better support.
