I had an extremely distressing experience at Manchester Dermatology Clinic. Not only was my appointment cancelled without my knowledge or consent, but I also encountered unacceptable behaviour from the clinic’s owner, which I would describe as harassment.As a patient, I expected professionalism, respect, and clear communication—none of which were present. Instead, I was left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. This is not how any medical professional or clinic should treat someone seeking care.I would strongly caution others to think carefully before booking here. No one should have to feel unsafe or mistreated when seeking medical help. I have since filed formal complaints with the appropriate authorities.
