I booked him for a birthday dinner with a six-course tasting menu that was superb. Recently, we attended a high-profile event that had disappointing food, and the difference with Laurie's cooking was striking. Laurie is fantastic, the menu is creative, and he is a delight to have in your home. The kitchen was left immaculate. From now on, we will exclusively book him for our private chef needs.
