I had a breast reduction with Dr Lopa in December. I found her to be really professional and she made the process smooth. I can’t complement her enough, and the results are fantastic. I’m a few months post-op now and totally back to normal. My scarring is minimal too. I also found Barbara, Dr Lopa’s client liaison really helpful and warm which put me at ease. If you’re considering a breast reduction I highly recommend Lopa and her surgical team. The surgical team were excellent and it was a positive experience.However, I think management should look at the running of the clinic. I did have some issues with the running and scheduling of appointments as most of my nurse appointments were delayed by upto an hour. I also wasn’t informed properly about my pre-op and wasn’t sent paperwork to fill out. While these weren’t huge issues, it did make me anxious and it didn’t reassure me. I raised this on the phone with clinic staff and it wasn’t followed up. I raised it again at my post op with Dr Lopa and Barbara who were really receptive and told me they’d escalated this issue.
