My concerns about the implants were often ignored until I followed up multiple times. I felt dismissed when I raised issues, and I am now left feeling embarrassed and unable to pursue my interests due to the appearance of my implants. It feels like the focus shifts away from patient care once payment is received. On a positive note, the nursing staff and anaesthesia team were exceptional. Overall, I am very disappointed with the post-procedure service.
