From prompt and professional initial consultations, to the day of my surgery I was treated with nothing but kindness, compassion and understanding - and not to mention excellent care from the theatre team, recovery nurses and nursing staff during the overnight stay following my procedure. This standard of care followed through my 6 week recovery period and staff were always happy to answer questions and reassure me during my healing journey.
