I have been a loyal Mandala customer and have purchased multiple pairs in the past. However, after my most recent purchase I will no longer support this business. I ordered a pair of scrubs recently and upon receiving them, the top was completely different from the one I ordered. I contacted the company via email (bc there’s no phone number) and they told me to start a return process and that the top I wanted was no longer in stock so I had no other option but to choose a size up. So by this point I’m very frustrated because of an error made on their part, I had to go out of my way to return an item I didn’t order and wait even longer for the top (which wasn’t even the size I really wanted). So I asked what they could do to make up for my inconvenience, maybe a store credit or discount code for future purchase… and they literally told me no, there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from this company again and I will continue to warn as many people as I can about their horrible customer service.
