As much as I love their scrubs and the material they use, I have never been so disappointed in a company's customer service. I received the wrong item in my order and had to go through a lengthy process to prove it before returning it for what I was actually supposed to receive. They then sent me the wrong size which I informed them of as soon as I saw it get adjusted- but then was told it was too late and had to repeat the process once again before returning it. Though out this 2 month process I moved, and they sent the order to my old address after I informed them weeks prior that my address had changed. The last order was never received at my old address and after waiting and checking everything I could, I let mandala know and they were incredibly rude to me. They ended up sending me a replacement top but made me feel like this situation was entirely my fault.
