Their customer service sucks!I ordered 5 pieces from them during a sale. I received two wrong items that I did not order and none of the items I ordered. Reach out to customer service with pictures of the package and the wrong items. Back and forth a few times through emails because they didn’t believe only 2 wrong items were sent out (!??). Finally sent me a return label and wrote my address wrong on the return label. I reached out again to make sure it’s correct so in case anything happens during transportation, at least the items can be returned to the sender (me). They wrote my apt number before my street address and refused to fix it :| Now I’m on my last straw and don’t think I would ever want to buy anything from them again.Ps: will still send the wrong items back and ask for a refund. If they refuse, I’ll be disputing the payment with my bank.
