I withdrew my funds from M&G on 6th October and was told a cheque was in the post. Over a week later—nothing arrived. When I called to chase, I was told they could process a bank transfer instead, only to be informed that I’d now have to wait another eight days for that to go through.So, I’m left waiting over two weeks to access my own money, with no urgency or accountability from M&G whatsoever. Every phone call feels like talking to a wall—no empathy, no ownership, and no willingness to fix their own failures.In 2025, this level of inefficiency is completely unacceptable. Most financial institutions can process withdrawals within 24–48 hours, yet M&G still operates like it’s 1995. I deeply regret ever investing with them and will never use them again.If you value your time, your money, and basic customer service—stay far away from M&G.
