I ordered a package that was supposed to have 5 items in it. It only had 3. The invoice had no customer service phone number to call. There was an international number on the package that the comb comes in, in the kit. I went to their website and submitted a contact form. Then I called the international number and it appeared to be a direct to voicemail line. This didn't seem like the most upfront or professional way to prioritize customer service. I eventually heard back in an email response. I had already left a 1-star review on TrustPilot at that point. In their email they said that they would mail me back the two missing items. I did receive them quickly.I've now used the product 3 weeks. The comb and spray at the hairline look weird and fake. Almost like trying to paint coloring onto the skin and the comb makes a weird pattern that doesn't look natural at all to me. The thickening spray does thicken the hair although it also paints the skin underneath. This makes the hair look full, however if you touch it, even with the seal and control spray on, it will immediately come off on your fingertips and underneath your finger nails. It also comes off on your pillow cover.The shampoo is very liquidy and bleeds out of the lid because it sits upside down and doesn't close very tightly. It's also very small, making it like 5 times the cost of a typical shampoo. On the plus side, a little bit does go a long way, giving a full lather using very little. Still, because of the cost and the nature of how all this really clings into your hair, I've been using a regular shampoo to declunk and remove it all and then following through with this shampoo to let it sit and stimulate the afterwards. I'm not sure if the hair itself is changing. It's really hard to measure their effectiveness unless you review the results over a long period of time.I do like the seal and control though, it is very strong at holding the hair, better than any other hairsprays I've tried. I might try pairing that up with a sprinkle on version of the thickener instead.Overall, this combo will give you the appearance of fuller hair. But if you notice yourself scratching your head throughout the day like I do then you will get it on your fingers and nails. If you can resist doing that this may work for you.
