I ordered a manga from a seller based on the listing photos that showed it in acceptable condition. However, the item I received was much more damaged than advertised. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that since the book is old, they "can’t do anything" and suggested I stop buying older items if I have certain standards. This isn’t about wanting a brand-new product; it’s about receiving an item that doesn’t match the pictures and encountering a rude, dismissive response instead of any help. An incredibly disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this seller again.
