I ordered a manga from a seller, believing the listing photos showed it in acceptable condition. Unfortunately, it arrived in much worse shape than depicted. When I contacted the support team, I was informed that since the book is old, they "can’t do anything" and suggested I refrain from purchasing older items if I have particular expectations. This isn't about wanting a flawless product; it’s about receiving something that doesn't match the images and facing a rude, dismissive response instead of any assistance. An extremely disappointing experience. I won't be ordering from this seller again.
