Title: Manic panic semi permanent dyesFurther to Manic panic response. I am afraid your response does not help. Its not good enough to have the information regarding how long dye will last on Product page. This information should be on the product label, how many of us scour the product page fot such disclaimers ?!. Label says “semi- permanent” and that's misleading. Additionally generalising statements from you pointing out that “ blue is one of the hardest to remove” is not helpful ( especially when I have not expected it to leave me with a green residue and I have sustained hair damage in the professional removal process as a result of the dyes permanent effects) , also it confirms that this product is Permanent. Never again!————-If I could give a less than 1 star I would . I DO NOT recommend manic panic hair dyes. MP advertises dyes as semi permanent, but that is an incorrect slogan. I used midnight blue , which despite using different techniques is refusing to wash out , has faded to a sea green but refusing to budge. Currently sitting in a salon, having my hair bleached and scared for health of my hair. The hairdresser is trying to be as careful as possible, but blue that has faded to a sea green is staying put. I am disgusted.Had I known this, I would never had let manic panic near my hair.Manic panic your advertisement is misleading. Let customers know that your product/dye is permanent not semi permanent.I wonder if consumers association has something to say about this ?!
