Ordered my carpets over a month ago paid for a priority shipping thinking it will be quick. No follow up that the product will be late or anything like that: send this this text; Hi, I paid for the priority/rush shipping and it’s been way over 20 days. In fact it’s almost been a month since I orders. I still haven’t received my order. The reason why I ordered from you guys is because I thought it will be quick and you are located in Canada.My tracking order Is hardly moving at all.I’ve sent an email and no responseThey eventually responded to me that they will refund me half of the priority shipping.So response was:It’s been over a month now, how is partial refund fair for the express shipping fee? This is just bad customer service in my opinion. I have ordered something’s similar from China for my daughter’ car mid February didn’t took a month to get here. What I really want is to cancel the whole order in all honestly.
