I only wanted to buy a book but was automatically signed up for a monthly subscription without knowingly agreeing to it. I was then charged £23 after a “free month,” and I couldn’t even cancel it myself because I never created an online account. I contacted the company, but they refused to refund the payment. Very disappointing and misleading experience.
