Received these glasses and all 3 pairs were faulty, vision was intermittently blurry. Complained to customer services, offering 30% refund and “give the glasses to someone else” - why would I want to give dangerous faulty goods to someone? Then offered 40% and then 50% refund. Told if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay for return postage for “faulty goods” that are no fault of my own. Ridiculous company who think fobbing me off will work. That will not happen.
