Very disappointed in the 'reading glasses' that eventually arrived over two weeks after ordering. The glasses, contrary to the advertisement, are extremely cheaply made, very plasticky and the 'lenses' are virtually useless, being very fuzzy and offering no meaningful magnification at all. The case they came in was also totally unusable as the whole thing was posted in just a thin envelope and was completely distorted and the zip unusable upon receipt. What a waste of $43.98 and what an absolute sham!Update: Thank you for your prompt response. I did in fact email customer service, as well as completing the requested review above, and I have received a response from customer service. To be fair that was very prompt. Unfortunately though, contrary to the suggestion below it was not a full refund that was offered, merely a 30% refund, along with the suggestion that I either gift or resell the glasses, which I found quite a concerning suggestion given that as I made clear, the glasses are simply not fit for purpose and the case badly damaged.
