The product seem to work well as a multi focal glasses. I used it for about one month with good comfort. However, the temple arms are made of poor material and it was broken. I reached out to the customer service and their response was "past 30 days we can't give any help but another purchase for a discounted price". Imagine, I buy again another pair of glass which gonna last for weeks if you handle it with due care. I told them that they advertised something that has great life span and it failed which I need a replacement for their false ad. They said, sorry we can't help.DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY! IT IS THE POOREST QUALITY PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TOO. I waist money for buying and time too for talking to a non-helpful customer service over back and forth email! Fully trash wrapped in a fake social media advertisements
