It took forever to get my order and when the glasses finally arrived they weren’t the glasses I ordered. I sent an email back stating I wanted a refund or the glasses I ordered. I sent along my original confirmation receipt that showed what I had ordered along with a picture of what I received. I got a response saying sorry we can give you 30% refund and that I could personally sell the glasses I received to help make up the difference so i can order again. Like what? I’ve yet to find a resolve
