One week after placing my order I get tracking. 2 weeks go by and tracking says it has not shipped. After 2 attempts to contact customer support I get a reply stating my order has shipped. And what do you know!. A few hrs AFTER they respond tracking shows it shipped. And of course in the purchasing process they make no mention that orders ship from China. I received my order about 5 wks from date of purchase.
