Please do yourself a favor and learn from my THREE - - YES 3 TERRIBLE experiences with them (all in one transaction). 1-They had a special going on (Buy 2 get the 3rd free). No exclusions. So I did that and they charged me full price for all 3 pairs. When I contacted them to challenge this, they said, "Since yours were special order they did not qualify for the deal." I asked for a refund - they refused.2-When I got all 3 pairs, all 3 were the wrong rx (and it wasn't even close). I asked for a refund and they offered me a 50% . Then they offered me 75% "credit", then I requested a 90% refund, to which they agreed. 3- Two months later (after continually following up regarding my refund), they refused...saying it was my fault (that I input the wrong rx into the order). This company is HORRIBLE. Do your business somewhere else.
