Just like everyone else, I would rate them a zero. I order my glasses two weeks ago, they responded once saying that they are delayed because it is a "custom order" which I have no idea what that means as I just ordered the stock glasses off the site. I have requested two more updates and have had zero response. It appears to be a complete SCAM. Do not order as I have chalked it up to just losing money at this point.
