Ref 190096 - Avoid this service, lack of customer support and refunds... I ordered three pairs of glasses. The first pair was as described. The second pair only had magnification in the lower section, with no prescription in the rest of the lens. The third pair was supposed to be polarized but wasn't, despite being clearly labeled as such. After three weeks of emailing with no resolution, I was only offered a 40% reimbursement. I have requested the correct order but have yet to receive a response.
