I purchased a chess set and had a custom label made for $375. The label was not placed on the box straight and the board arrived damaged with no certificate. I reached out to them and they were very selective about which emails they responded to. They blamed the damage on the shipping process. The board was inside of a wooden box which did not arrived damaged which means the board was damaged prior to being placed inside the box. On the website they offer warranty and a 15 day return/exchange policy which I told them I would like to go forth with. Today marks the fifth day and I have not received a response yet.
