I order the chargeable and regular brush. I use the chargeable one in the shower when I shampoo/condition my hair. The pulses and movement feel like a great scalp massage. Plus I feel it helps the products work better. The charging cord broke after a couple of uses. I sent an email to the vendor and they immediately sent a replacement at no cost/no questions asked. That type of customer service it hard to come by these days. I use the regular one on a daily basis to brush my hair. I notice there is less breakage because it is so gentle yet effective at detangling my hair without the pulling. There's less frizz and dryness in my hair. It's been a game changer for my thin, dry and processed hair.
