I have owned a Manta brush since 2020 after seeing it on a BBC programme and hearing why the owner had created it in the first place. I am really happy with it, 3 years on and it's still the best brush I own. Also, I have to touch on customer service. My brush came in a case (which I understand they don't anymore) and I contacted the company 3 years after my purchase asking if they can send me a new one as I lost mine during a house move and the brush was constantly collecting dust. They were so lovely they offered to send me a pouch. I didn't even expect a response if I'm honest but they turned out to be so nice!
