The company went well above and beyond what could be expected. Everything ran on time. We had great hotels, evening meals at the Indian restaurants and I felt I could totally relax in the care of Adarsh and Ramana who always were courteous, caring, cheerful approachable and friendly. With the age group we had ranging from 40 to 75 everyone was taken good care o from start to finish. When our return flight was cancelled by Swissair, Adarsh went to great length to try and sort things out for us resulting in him ensuring we had unplanned overnight accommodation before our revised flight the following day. He stayed with us including the flight back right until we collected our luggage back at Birmingham airport. This is our second holiday with this company and we are looking forward to the next trip very soon.
