The website is very good but at first I didn't appear to have had a reply e-mail. It was just by chance your reply email went into my spam folder. Not sure if it says to look into the spam folder, if it is I think it may be in small print. When I did find your email (in the spam mail) it informed me that I would receive the download with 24 hours. Again your email landed in my spam mail. Perhaps you could look into this.
