Ordered a User Manual for an old Dell Laptop.Paid .84p.No mention of subscription fee.One week later £61.50p taken from my bank account.Tried to contact company by phone. No reply. Sent e-mail. No reply.Decided to cancel debit card to stop further unauthorised withdrawals.If no reply to e-mail will be raising a Dispute file with bank.Scam verging on fraud!
