I’ve honestly never experienced service this bad in my entire career. Their customer support is beyond terrible — no replies for 48+ hours, constant follow-ups, and still no resolution. They are quick to charge your card but extremely slow (or completely unresponsive) when you need help.Their email campaign system is also a nightmare to work with — buggy, unreliable, and nothing works as advertised.We’ve been trying to withdraw from their service, but they’re still charging our payment method even after we stopped using the platform. On top of that, we’ve been chasing them for over 2 months just to get the domain details we PAID for. They made something so simple unnecessarily complicated and wasted a huge amount of our time.If anyone is considering using Manyreach — think twice. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
