I have nothing but good things to say about Many Tears and the work they do. Some of the stories are heartbreaking and if Sylvia and her team didn’t take the time to rescue these poor animals, who knows what would become of them. I have had two dogs from the rescue with three years between. On every occasions, it was made clear to me that there needed to be a resident dog in the home and that the resident Dogs needed to meet the new dog. On the first occasion we travelled to Wales with my two dogs in the vehicle and had a meet and greet where beautiful (Kettle) Freddie came home with us. He was a terrified skinny little boy but has blossomed into the most beautiful dog I could wish for. Sadly after losing my two babies Freddie found himself alone and very scared again so I contacted Many tears and went through another Home check and search for a friend for Freddie. Along came Winnie, I collected her from her lovely foster mummy in Essex who I can only thank for the time and patience she took with myself and the number of dogs in her care. So many animals benefit from the hard work and heartbreak that the people at Many Tears put themselves through on a daily basis please think to rescue before buying a puppy as the process is so rewarding. Obviously getting the right match is important which requires some difficult questions and for the most part resident Dogs to guide them but if you have been through the process, you would absolutely know why…..
