Placed an order for one of the standard maps. Arrived promptly. I soon realised there was a mispelling in location name. It must have come from the map data, as I didn't customise anything.I wasn't expecting much as it was in the order confirmation too. I thought they might have said it's tough as it wasn't raised sooner, or perhaps offered a small discount.Thankfully, and to my relief as it's a present and I couldn't afford another right now with twins due soon, they very kindly offered to re-print it for free acknowledging it was a problem with the map data.I'm very grateful to the team for sorting it out within a couple of days and well ahead of the Christmas rush. The map print, for me, is excellent - again, above expectations. The standard wooden frame is pretty standard but for £35.00 at 100x70cm, I really can't complaint.Will be using again in future - I think these are excellent Christmas gifts and can be made personal adding some customer sticky labels to the glass of notable locations.Can't wait for our friends to open it at Christmas!
